The responsibilities for this role include the care and management of dogs in a dynamic environment, keeping them safe, clean, healthy, and happy. The ideal candidate will have a good customer service skills, strong work ethic, a love for dogs of all shapes and sizes. This position is great for someone who enjoy working with dogs and want to contribute to their well-being in a professional setting. Duties
  • Supervise and manage groups of dogs during playtime and exercise sessions.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care by monitoring their behavior.
  • Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing and nail trimming.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the facility.
  • Communicate with pet owners regarding their dog's behavior and needs.
  • Handle any necessary animal restraint techniques safely and humanely.
  • Perform heavy lifting as required when moving equipment or supplies. Requirements
  • Reliable and on time with good communication skills
  • Must have a working phone
  • Good customer service
  • Must have a positive attitude and get along with others
  • Must have good common sense and a healthy self drive
  • Experience in pet sitting or dog handling, is advantageous but not a requirement
  • Must be comfortable with heavy lifting associated with equipment or supplies
  • A genuine passion for animals and their welfare is essential
  • Must love dogs!
