PawHaus is a dog-first luxury resort on 30 lakefront acres near
Lake Livingston:
ÖÖD mirror houses, a dog grooming spa, an indoor play area, a dog run, and a human spa. The dogs aren't tolerated here. They're the guests of honor. We need someone who's run a pet resort floor to lead our dog side every day. What you'll do: Run daily dog operations: play sessions, drop-offs, and the dog run Do temperament checks when dogs arrive, and make the call on group play Work alongside our grooming team to keep the day's schedule moving Be the go-to person for guest dog questions, from trail tips to separation anxiety Set our dog safety standards and help train the whole team on handling and body language Help shape programming as we grow: enrichment, events, and the occasional dog photo shoot You're a good fit if: You've worked at least 2 years at a pet resort, boarding facility, or dog daycare, with some time as a lead or supervisor You can read a dog fast and keep a playgroup safe You're warm and polished with guests (this is luxury, not a kennel) You live within about 45 minutes of Goodrich Pet first aid or CPR certification is a plus
