Your expertise in various hair techniques and trends will help enhance the overall experience for our customers, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. Responsibilities Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs. Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques to offer innovative styles. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles. Perform additional services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair extensions as requested. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workspace and tools. Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members when needed. Engage in retail math to manage product sales effectively. Skills Proficiency in hair styling techniques including barbering and straight razor skills. Experience with salon software for efficient appointment management. Ability to perform eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair extensions. Strong mentoring skills to guide less experienced stylists. Knowledge of retail math to support product sales within the salon environment. Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
