Responsibilities Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. Apply hair extensions and perform hair threading as requested by clients. for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided. Mentor junior stylists and assist with training on techniques and salon practices. Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and handling inquiries. Upsell additional services such as makeup application, eyelash extensions, or nail care to enhance client experience. Experience Valid cosmetology or barbering license required. Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse techniques. is preferred. Knowledge of color theory and retail math to assist in product sales. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
