Job Description
We are looking a for an experienced and motivated stylist to join our team! Ideally looking for someone with 1+ years in the industry. We are currently looking to hire someone specifically for Mondays(8:30-6) and Saturdays(7:30-5), with flexible options for shifts on other days. Schedule will be set, but time off is flexible with advance notice. We offer hourly pay while building and commission once that is greater than hourly pay.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing guest with color, cut, and styling services.
- Upselling salon products and services to clients.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Use salon software(SalonBiz) to schedule appointments and manage customer information.
Requirements:
- Must be available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- Valid cosmetology license.
- Proven experience as a cosmetologist or hairstylist.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices in a salon setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work together with coworkers as a team.
