Support retail sales by demonstrating product demos and upselling skincare products or beauty tools to enhance client results. Requirements Valid cosmetology license with experience working in the beauty industry; additional certifications in esthetic laser treatment or injectable administration are highly desirable. ; experience with salon software is preferred. Strong knowledge of management principles including client retention strategies and retail sales techniques. Expertise in diverse aesthetic treatments including Botox (botulinum toxin), dermal fillers, chemical peels, dermabrasion, tattooing, and body waxing. Skilled in hair styling techniques such as hair extensions, coloring theory, straight razor shaving, and barbering practices. Experience with nail care services like manicures and pedicures; familiarity with eyelash extensions is a plus. Excellent communication skills to foster positive guest experiences and handle client inquiries confidently. Ability to manage sanitation protocols diligently while maintaining a professional appearance at all times. Knowledge of social media management tools for marketing purposes; experience creating engaging content is advantageous.
