Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, booking appointments, handling payments, and answering inquiries professionally. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling techniques, color theory, and salon best practices. Stay current with industry trends by attending training sessions on hair coloring, barbering techniques including straight razor shaves, eyelash extensions, nail care services, and new product launches. Skills Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry. Proficiency with salon management software like

for scheduling and client management. Strong knowledge of hair care products, color theory, hair coloring techniques, and advanced styling methods.
