Master Hairstylist - Established Clientele Preferred Mia Salon is seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional Master Hairstylist to join our team. We are looking for a stylist with 5+ years of professional salon experience who has an existing clientele and is ready to continue growing their business in a professional, team-oriented salon environment. The ideal candidate is confident behind the chair, provides an exceptional guest experience, and is passionate about continued education, retail, prebooking, and building long-term client relationships. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional hairstyling experience Valid California Cosmetology License Existing clientele preferred Strong experience with haircuts, color, highlighting, blonding, styling, and hair treatments Excellent consultation and customer service skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Comfortable recommending professional haircare products and educating guests on at-home maintenance Strong focus on client retention and prebooking Willingness to participate in continued education and salon training Social media presence and ability to showcase your work is a plus What We're Looking For We want someone who is established in their craft but still has the drive to grow.
