Responsibilities Perform haircuts, styling, and grooming services for clients according to their preferences. Sanitize tools and workstations to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff. Provide consultations to clients regarding styles, products, and services that best suit their needs. Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and promote retail sales. Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. Maintain accurate records using salon software for tracking appointments, client preferences, and product sales. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficient in hair cutting and styling methods. Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards. Experience with upselling products and services effectively. Familiarity with retail sales strategies within a salon environment. Proficient in using salon software for appointment management and client records.
