Hair Salon Assistant Siutse Hair Extensions - Coral Gables, FL We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and professional Hair Salon Assistant to join our team at a busy, high-end hair salon specializing in hair extensions. Position Responsibilities Assist hairstylists with daily salon operations Shampoo and condition clients' hair Assist with hair extension services and color services Prepare stations and maintain a clean, organized salon environment Wash, organize, and prepare hair extensions Assist with blow-drying and styling when needed Provide excellent customer service and make clients feel comfortable and welcomed Help with laundry, cleaning, and general salon organization Follow salon standards and instructions from senior stylists and management Requirements Previous salon experience is preferred but not required Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and responsible Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow within the salon Must be comfortable working as part of a professional team What We Offer Opportunity to learn from experienced hair extension specialists Training and hands-on experience with different hair extension techniques Professional and positive work environment Opportunity for growth within the salon Work alongside an experienced team in a well-established hair extension salon
