Cosmetologist Pay:

Hourly wage plus commission and tips. Our stylists averaged $22.64 per hour (including hourly pay, commission, and tips) during the last quarter. The lowest earner averaged $16.37 per hour .

Schedule:

Flexible scheduling in a seven-day salon. Day shifts available. Weekend availability as needed. Position Summary We are seeking a licensed Cosmetologist who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and delivering quality hair care services. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team-oriented salon environment, building client relationships, and helping guests look and feel their best. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, shampooing, and other cosmetology services as permitted by license. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services and products. Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming salon experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for all workstations, tools, and equipment. Promote retail products and salon services to support client needs. Work collaboratively with salon team members to achieve salon goals. Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education. Qualifications Active Florida Cosmetology License, or Active out-of-state cosmetology license eligible for transfer to Florida through endorsement. Strong communication and customer service skills.
