Responsibilities Support the transportation of materials to various sites following DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment on busy construction sites. Assist in equipment inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates smoothly and safely throughout the training lifecycle. Experience No prior experience required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn! Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety standards. Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to paving and concrete work. Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols, including DOT regulations and construction site safety procedures.
