is seeking 2 Full-Time & 2 Part-Time Hairstylist/Braider talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hair styling, braiding, coloring, extensions, and silk pressing, with excellent customer service skills. The Hair Stylist will be responsible for providing personalized hair services, maintaining sanitation standards, and contributing to a welcoming salon atmosphere. Must have a keen eye for current trends and techniques. Responsibilities Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and extensions tailored to client preferences Provide professional consultations to recommend suitable hair treatments and styles Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales to enhance their overall experience Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, coloring techniques, and beauty industry innovations Ensure excellent client communication by understanding their needs and providing personalized service Manage store operations efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for clients Experience 1+ years of professional hairstyling and/or braiding experience in a salon or beauty environment. Skilled in a variety of braiding techniques, protective styles, natural hair care, and basic hairstyling services. Strong knowledge of hair preparation, sectioning, product application, and finishing techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and understand clients' needs. Maintains a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with salon standards. Able to manage appointments efficiently, work independently, and maintain a professional pace. Knowledgeable about proper hair care practices and able to recommend suitable products and maintenance routines. Reliable, professional, team-oriented, and committed to creating a positive salon experience for every client. 1+ years of professional hairstyling experience in a salon or beauty environment. Skilled in cutting, styling, blowouts, shampooing, and basic hair treatments. Knowledgeable about hair types, textures, products, and proper hair-care techniques. Able to perform color services, including basic coloring, highlights, and touch-ups, when qualified. Provides excellent customer service and communicates effectively with clients about their desired look. Maintains a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation while following salon safety standards. Able to manage appointments, work efficiently, and maintain professional time-management skills. Reliable, professional, creative, and team-oriented with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
