Part-Time Barber / Stylist (Steady M-F Schedule) About the Role We are looking for a skilled, reliable Part-Time Barber or Cosmetologist to join our team. If you want a consistent, predictable schedule without sacrificing high earning potential, this role is for you. You will cover our peak afternoon hours, serving a steady flow of clients in a professional environment. Schedule Monday through Friday 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM (No weekends!) Compensation & Perks 60% Commission on all service revenue. 100% of your tips (kept entirely by you). Steady, predictable hours with a guaranteed schedule. Modern, fully-equipped shop with a high-volume client base. Responsibilities Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, trims, and short-hair grooming services. Consult with clients to understand their style preferences. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized station. Deliver exceptional customer service to build a strong repeat clientele. Requirements Active State Barber License OR Cosmetology License . Strong proficiency in short hair cutting, blending, and modern fading techniques. Professional, reliable work ethic and strong communication skills.

Pay:

$23.75 - $30.00 per hour
