Responsibilities Perform a variety of hair styling services including braiding, hair extensions, hair coloring, and hair threading to meet each client's unique preferences. Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and maintenance tips to ensure long-lasting results. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with industry regulations. Utilize salon software such as

for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking. Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients professionally, understanding their needs, and communicating clearly throughout their visit. Upsell retail products like hair care items, makeup, nail care products, and accessories to enhance the client experience and increase sales. Assist with front desk duties including appointment bookings, client check-ins, and managing the flow of daily operations. Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hairstyling, barbering (including straight razor use), eyelash extensions, and other beauty services. Qualifications Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in hair styling, coloring, extensions, braiding, and barbering techniques such as straight razor shaving. Knowledge of salon software systems like MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and retail management. Strong understanding of sanitation protocols and cosmetology licensing requirements. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members. Familiarity with retail math principles and upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities. Ability to perform detailed work including hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services.
