Responsibility Provide client services including color, blowouts, treatments, and haircuts (base on skill level) Participate in ongoing training and 1:1 mentorship Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless salon experience. Qualifications We're looking for a licensed stylist with 1-2 years of salon experience. Confident with foundation skills (blowouts, single process, basic haircutting techniques. Ready to refine techniques and build a strong, loyal clientele. Eager to be mentored and receive structured education. Professional in both appearance and communication. Emotionally intelligent and able to work well in a team environment. Hungry for growth, feedback, and new opportunities. This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked in a fast- paced or corporate salon and is ready to shift into a more personalized, high-end space where their voice and talent are seen and value.
