Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. Duties Perform a variety of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques to meet client preferences. Provide grooming services including beard trims and shaves. Utilize retail math skills to manage product sales and inventory effectively. Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience. Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development. Apply makeup as requested by clients, showcasing your artistry. Offer eyelash extension services with precision and care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment. Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Utilize salon software for appointment management and client records. Requirements Valid Barbering/Cosmetologist License Strong understanding of color theory and application techniques. Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients. Experience with salon software preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
