Job Details:

Whether you are looking for part-time or full-time work, we offer flexible scheduling so you can build the hours that work best for you. You will work closely with our salon manager and be part of a supportive, close-knit team that takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities As a stylist at Glow, you will serve clients with professionalism and care, perform consultations, and deliver high-quality cuts, color, and styling services. You will also contribute to our social media presence by capturing photos and videos of your work to be used for salon content. Qualifications We are looking for candidates with 3 or more years of professional experience behind the chair. A current clientele is preferred. Bridal and wedding experience is a plus, as bridal services are becoming a key part of what we do at Glow. We are an Aveda concept salon, so familiarity with Aveda products is a strong advantage, though we welcome stylists who work with other professional product lines as well. Familiarity with Gloss Genius is a plus. If you are passionate about your craft, love creating a great client experience, and are looking for a place to grow, we would love to hear from you.

Compensation:

Compensation is commission based, with the percentage discussed at the time of an offer. This structure is designed to reward performance and give stylists the freedom to grow their income alongside their clientele. With a strong book and consistent booking rate, stylists have the potential to earn approximately $100 per hour. The more you build, the more you earn.
