We're currently hiring: Cosmetologist Nail Technician Esthetician Lash Technician Massage Therapist What You'll Do Deliver professional beauty and wellness services and procedures with precision and care. Conduct thorough client consultations to assess individual needs, preferences, and any health considerations. Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans and address any questions or concerns professionally. Follow all Minnesota Board of Cosmetology sanitation and safety regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation. Recommend retail products and additional services when appropriate. Educate clients on post-care routines to enhance their overall experience. Build long-term relationships through outstanding customer service. Work collaboratively with our team to create an exceptional guest experience. What We're Looking For Active Minnesota professional license (required: Cosmetology, Nail Technician, Esthetician, Lash Technician, or Massage Therapist) Proven experience in patient service with excellent customer service skills. Comprehensive knowledge of current industry trends, techniques, products, and best practices. Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and communicate effectively with clients about their needs and treatment options. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Passion for learning and growing. Passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and aesthetic goals through personalized care. Previous experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is preferred but not required. CPR certification (preferred ). Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
