to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all tools, stations, and work areas Provide expert advice on hair care products, retail sales, and upselling opportunities to enhance client experience Apply advanced techniques such as balayage or eyelash extensions when appropriate Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships Assist with front desk responsibilities including appointment booking and client check-in/out Mentor junior team members to promote skill development and teamwork within the salon Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hair styling work Knowledge of hair coloring techniques, color theory, and hair care products Skilled in using salon software like
