Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Cosmetology/Nail Tech Instructor to inspire and educate aspiring beauty professionals. In this role, you will deliver engaging, hands-on training in a variety of nail tech disciplines, including skincare, nail care treatments. Your expertise will help students develop their skills, confidence, and industry knowledge to succeed in the competitive beauty industry. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of beauty specialists while maintaining high standards of professionalism and excellence. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive classroom instruction and practical demonstrations in nail technology treatments. Teach lesson plans that align with industry standards and state licensing requirements, incorporating theory and hands-on practice. Supervise students during practical sessions, providing guidance on techniques such as manicuring, pedicuring, artificial nails et. Mentor students on professional development topics including client consultation, sanitation practices, and salon etiquette. Assess student progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their growth. Maintain a safe learning environment by enforcing health and safety regulations related to nail tech procedures. Stay current with industry trends and advancements. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in nail technology Extensive salon experience demonstrating proficiency in theory & Nail tech services. Prior teaching or training experience at the adult education or classroom level is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to cosmetology procedures and a thorough understanding nail care techniques. Ability to mentor students effectively while fostering a positive learning environment. Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development for diverse skill levels. Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for inspiring future beauty professionals.
