The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair care and styling techniques, along with excellent customer service skills. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services while ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our clients. Your creativity and expertise will help clients achieve their desired goals. Duties Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Educate clients on hair care products and techniques to promote healthy hair maintenance. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon equipment in compliance with health regulations. Upsell salon products and services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, color theory, and techniques to provide innovative services. Assist in store management tasks as needed, including inventory Requirements Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by Tennessee regulations. Proficiency in various hair cutting techniques including the use of straight razors. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
