Job Summary We are seeking a talented and energetic Licensed Hair Stylist to join our team! Sign-on Bonus Payout Schedule:

$250 after 30 days of active employment, $125 after 60 days, and $125 after 90 days. Must be Full Time. Duties Provide professional haircuts, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences. Utilize advanced techniques such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair threading to enhance client satisfaction. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness according to industry regulations.. Offer expert advice on hair care products and retail items to boost sales through upselling and retail math strategies. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Assist with front desk responsibilities including check-in/check-out procedures and managing client flow. Mentor new team members and contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and support. Requirements Valid Cosmetology license with active state registration. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques. Knowledge of salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms. Proficiency in hair care treatments including hair extensions, color theory, barbering (straight razor use), and makeup application. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Experience with retail sales, upselling strategies, and retail math calculations.
