• VA Licensed Hair Stylists & Barbers Sharkey's Cuts for Kids is a premier kids salon for ages 0-14 with 200+ locations nationwide and over 20 years in business.

Kids get their haircut while sitting in toy cars, watching their favorite shows, and playing Xbox — we're on a mission to WOW every client from the moment they walk through the door. At Sharkey's, we believe family comes first and understand the importance of work-life balance. Our hours are 10am-6pm Monday-Friday, and 9am-6pm on Sat/Sunday.

We're looking for team members with positive energy, strong customer service skills, and a passion for creating a fun experience for kids and parents alike.

Our barbers & stylists can earn up to $300/day (including Base Wage, Incentives, retail bonuses, & tips) and continuously develop their craft. Hair Stylist Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality haircuts and styling services
  o Provide boys with scissors, clippers, etc., within a set timeframe (20 minutes for boys and 30 minutes for girls)
  o Ability to offer specialty cuts or styles is a PLUS
  o Offer fast, quality, and efficient service with a smile
• Greet every child and parent with warmth and enthusiasm
  
• Communicate clearly with clients to deliver exceptional service
  
• Create a positive, engaging experience throughout the visit
  
• Maintain clean and organized stations
  
• Help maintain positive salon reviews and guest satisfaction
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

REQUIREMENTS

Active Vir Compensation:

Our barbers & stylists can earn up to $300/day (including Base Wage, Incentives, retail bonuses, & tips) and continuously develop their craft.
