Responsibilities Perform comprehensive grooming services including bathing, brushing, hair trimming, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and styling tailored to each pet's breed and individual needs Handle animals with care and confidence, ensuring safe restraint and comfort during grooming procedures Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, including sanitizing tools and equipment after each use Assist with pet handling tasks such as animal restraint and managing pet behavior during grooming sessions Ensure compliance with safety protocols related to heavy lifting, animal handling, and hygiene standardsRequirements Proven experience in pet grooming, dog handling, or animal care roles such as veterinary technician or assistant is highly desirable Knowledge of dog training techniques and veterinary experience is a plus to better understand animal behavior and health considerations Strong animal handling skills with the ability to manage companion animals safely and compassionately Ability to perform pet nail trimming, coat styling, bathing, and other grooming tasks efficiently Willingness to perform heavy lifting when necessary for equipment or large animals Prior experience with animal restraint techniques and general pet care practices is preferred A genuine love for animals combined with a positive attitude that fosters trust and comfort in pets Join us in creating happy, healthy pets through expert grooming!
