We specialize in modern hair extensions and customized solutions for clients experiencing thinning and hair loss. We're looking for someone who either already has extension experience or has a strong cosmetology foundation and is serious about developing a specialty career in extensions. Services You May Work With Beaded-row extensions K-Tip extensions I-Tip extensions V-Light extensions Tape-In extensions Crown extensions Mesh integration Toppers and alternative hair Hair loss solutions Extension maintenance Extension color matching Elevated color services Experience in every method is not required . Education and additional training opportunities may be available for the right candidate. Responsibilities Perform extension consultations Color match and recommend extension solutions Perform extension installations and maintenance Educate clients about proper home care Maintain detailed client records Rebook maintenance appointments Recommend appropriate products Maintain sanitation and professional standards Create an exceptional client experience Collaborate with other Diosa artists Participate in continuing education and team training Ideal Candidate Current Virginia cosmetology license Passionate about extensions and transformations Excellent customer service skills Professional and dependable Strong attention to detail Comfortable with consultations and client education Interested in continued education Team-oriented Motivated to build a clientele Interested in developing a long-term specialty career Why The Modern Diosa?
