Extended Studio is an award-winning, Richmond-grown beauty studio located in Libbie Mill-Midtown. We're looking for talented, motivated estheticians, lash artists, and other beauty professionals who want to grow in a supportive, elevated and beautifully curated environment with Richmond's first and only hybrid salon structure. EMPLOYEE

Perfect for newer professionals who want structure, hands-on coaching and the opportunity to build a clientele.

Extended provides:

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Designed for experienced, self-directed professionals who want more flexibility while working within the Extended Studio environment.

Contractors receive:

Higher commission potential Flexible availability Studio location, branding and client exposure Defined business and marketing support Access to a creative, collaborative beauty community Contractors are responsible for maintaining their license, professional insurance and self-employment taxes.

INDEPENDENT STUDIO RENTER

Ideal for established professionals who are ready to operate their own business inside a luxury studio.

Renters receive:

24-hour studio access Furnished treatment space Utilities, Wi-Fi and free parking Waiting area and fully equipped break room Weekly common-area cleaning Content-creation equipment A professional profile on the Extended Studio website Renters keep their service revenue and independently control their pricing, schedule, services, booking system, policies and clientele. Weekly rental rates apply.

Current or future Virginia-licensed beauty professionals Lash artists, estheticians, cosmetic tattoo artists, wax specialists or other compatible providers Reliable, professional and committed to excellent client care Knowledgeable about sanitation and client safety Motivated to grow personally and professionally Comfortable working in a collaborative studio environment
