The Role & Responsibilities Exceptional Guest Experiences:

Deliver thorough, professional consultations to understand, design, and achieve your clients' goals while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

Modern Technical Execution:

Perform advanced cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.

Specialty Services:

Utilize or learn high-demand techniques, including smoothing treatments (Brazilian Blowout, Keratin Complex, and Nanoplastia) and hair extensions (experience is a major plus; training is available!).

Product Expertise:

Guide clients on the best home-care routines using our premium luxury lines.

Collaboration:

Work together as a team to keep the salon clean, organized, and running smoothly. Senior stylists are encouraged to provide gentle mentorship to junior talent, while junior stylists should be eager to learn.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are actively hiring across multiple career stages: Junior, Senior, Master, Elite, and Expert.

Licensure:

Active Washington State Cosmetology License.

Experience:

Open to all levels. For senior/master roles, 5-20+ years of high-end salon experience is preferred. For junior roles and apprentices, a passion for the craft and a drive to learn is key.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism, reliability, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
