Beautician (Contract Position)
Crowne Health Care is currently accepting applications for a Beautician within our long-term care and rehabilitation facility specializing in geriatric care. This position requires dependability, professionalism, flexibility, accountability, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate enjoys working with seniors and takes pride in helping residents look and feel their best.

Position Details
Part-Time
Contract Position
Flexible, self-scheduled designated day(s)
Typical earnings range from $15-$60 per resident, depending on services provided
Qualifications
Current Beautician/Cosmetology License in good standing
Must meet all applicable state licensing and certification requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous experience or completion of an approved cosmetology training program preferred
Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions
Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Positive attitude and compassionate approach toward the elderly population
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
Provide salon services for residents, including:
Shampooing
Set and roll
Blow drying and styling
Haircuts
Coloring
Perms
Pressing and curling
Shaving and grooming
Manicures
Pedicures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized salon environment
Schedule appointments and maintain service logs and records as needed
Foster a positive physical, social, and emotional environment for residents
Build meaningful relationships with residents and contribute to their overall well-being and quality of life
