Looking for a motivated apprentice who is excited to learn and grow their skills and capacity in the beauty industry. This role is for a licensed cosmetology graduate who want real hands on mentorship and a clear path toward building their own clientele and business. This is a 1.5-2 year assistant position with the opportunity to begin building your own clientele starting the first year.

Work Schedule:

Tues, Thurs, Friday

• client consultation and communication
• proper shampooing and professional blowouts
• color formulation and preparation
• time management and workflow
• building and maintaining clientele Responsibilities
• prepare color, tools, and extension hair for services
• assist with services including shampoo, blow dry, preparing clients, color and toning.
• manage color and extension inventory and organizing items
• maintain a clean and organized workspace
• observe and assist during color and extension appointments
• provide excellent client care and a welcoming salon experience
• continue learning and practicing techniques throughout the mentorship program. What I am looking for
