We strive to create a welcoming, positive environment for both guests and team members. Our Guest Advisors play a vital role in that mission as the first and last point of contact for every guest. Position Summary The Guest Advisor is responsible for delivering an elevated, guest-centric experience from the moment a guest inquires or arrives at the spa. This role combines hospitality, sales, and operations—ensuring each guest feels cared for while supporting the spa's membership sales and daily procedures. Ideal candidates are warm, detail-oriented, professional, and thrive in a customer-service environment. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Hospitality Warmly greet guests and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival. Educate guests on spa services, treatments, and enhancements. Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and needs. Maintain the relaxation atmosphere and uphold Spavia's brand standards. Handle check-in and check-out with accuracy and efficiency. Sales & Membership Support Present and explain Spavia's membership options in a consultative, non-pushy manner. Meet or exceed monthly membership and retail sales goals. Process gift card purchases and promote seasonal specials. Track sales activity and contribute to guest retention efforts. Operational Responsibilities Manage phone calls, emails, and online bookings. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, retail area, and guest spaces. Support spa team members by communicating guest details and schedule updates. Follow all Spavia service protocols, safety guidelines, and daily operational procedures. Assist with light laundry and spa reset tasks to ensure seamless guest transitions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of customer service, hospitality, or retail sales experience preferred. Prior spa, salon, wellness, or fitness experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable presenting membership plans and retail products. Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy periods. Proficient with computers, point-of-sale systems, and scheduling software. Positive attitude and desire to help others.
