We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and sales-driven Lead Spa Associate with fully open availability and the flexibility to work a changing schedule week to week. The ideal candidate is a true people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with clients, and is confident promoting wellness services and memberships.

30+ hours per week Free Massage or Facial bi-monthly Employee discounts on services and products About the Role This is a customer service and sales-focused position where you'll play an important role in helping clients achieve their relaxation, wellness, and self-care goals. As the first and last impression of the spa, you'll help create an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities Provide warm, professional, and welcoming customer service to all guests and members Answer phones, book appointments, and manage front desk operations Educate clients on massage and facial services Promote memberships, enhancements, retail products, and gift cards Meet and exceed sales goals through guest engagement and recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing spa environment Support the team with a positive and professional attitude Assist with creating fun, spa-themed TikTok and social media content Handle busy situations professionally while multitasking effectively What We're Looking For Open and flexible availability, including weekends (required) Strong sales and customer service skills Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Reliable, responsible, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Passion for wellness, self-care, and helping people feel their best Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Requirements Excellent personal appearance Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to professionally handle high-volume situations while maintaining a positive guest experience Sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
