Commission About Our Salon Synergy Salon is an established, professional salon that has served the community for more than 19 years. We are looking for a talented and dependable experienced hairstylist who wants to grow in a welcoming, supportive, and professional environment. Our salon offers a beautiful, comfortable workspace, a convenient location, quality professional products, online booking, and marketing support. Position Responsibilities Provide professional haircuts, styling, color, highlights, balayage, perms, and other salon services based on your experience Consult with clients and recommend services and products Maintain excellent customer service and build strong client relationships Keep your station and shared salon areas clean and organized Follow salon sanitation and safety standards Work cooperatively with other salon team members Help rebook clients and support client retention Qualifications Experienced hairstylist Current North Carolina cosmetology license Skilled in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and client consultations Professional appearance and positive attitude Dependable, honest, and punctual Strong customer-service and communication skills Willing to support and work respectfully with the salon team An existing clientele is welcome, but we are also looking for someone motivated to build and grow.
