ABOUT THE BRIDAL BEAUTY BAR

The Bridal Beauty Bar is a curated bridal beauty experience connecting brides and wedding parties with talented beauty professionals in a luxury, bride-centered environment. Our Smyrna location serves as a dedicated bridal beauty destination where independent beauty professionals can provide services to brides and wedding parties. Depending on the booking or activity, opportunities may include services at The Bridal Beauty Bar, on-location wedding services, special events, content opportunities and remote/flexible professional activities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Independent Bridal Beauty Professionals may accept opportunities to provide services for individual brides, bridal parties, wedding events, trials, photo shoots and other Bridal Beauty Bar experiences.

Professionals are expected to:

Deliver professional, high-quality services within their area of expertise. Provide an elevated, welcoming experience for brides and wedding parties. Arrive prepared and on time for appointments they accept. Maintain clean, sanitary and professional tools and equipment. Maintain licenses, certifications and insurance required for the services they independently provide. Communicate professionally with clients and The Bridal Beauty Bar. Work collaboratively with other independent professionals for bridal parties and events. Maintain client privacy and professional boundaries. Represent our professional brand while maintaining the experience standards associated with Bridal Beauty Bar bookings.

FLEXIBLE + HYBRID OPPORTUNITY

This opportunity is designed for established professionals as well as beauty entrepreneurs who want to expand into the bridal market. There is no traditional daily salon schedule associated with this independent opportunity. Professionals may accept available opportunities based on their availability and the services they provide.

Work may include:

Bridal Beauty Bar appointments in Smyrna, Georgia On-location weddings and bridal-party services Bridal trials and consultations Special events and bridal experiences Styled shoots and content days Virtual consultations or other remote activities when appropriate

IDEAL PROFESSIONAL

We are looking for professionals who are: Experienced. Professional. Dependable. Personable. Bride-Focused. A strong portfolio and the ability to confidently serve clients across diverse skin tones, hair textures, ages and bridal aesthetics are highly valued.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR RELATIONSHIP

This is an independent contractor opportunity and not an offer of employment. Professionals operate as independent beauty service providers and may choose whether to accept available booking opportunities. Contractors are responsible for their applicable taxes, licenses, certifications, insurance, tools and other independent business obligations. Specific compensation, booking procedures, service standards, cancellations and other business terms will be established separately in the Independent Contractor Agreement.
