Duties Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Perform various beauty treatments including body waxing, hair threading, esthetic laser treatments, and makeup application. Administer dermal fillers and other cosmetic procedures as per qualifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa room and equipment. Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales to enhance their experience. Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling and client inquiries. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible. Experience Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles within the beauty industry is preferred. Certification or licensure in cosmetology or relevant beauty treatments is required. Familiarity with color theory and its application in makeup services is a plus. Experience in retail sales within a spa or salon environment is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
