Experienced Licensed Esthetician East Bay Esthetics | Danville, California East Bay Esthetics is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, California-licensed esthetician to join our team. We're an established high-end boutique skincare studio specializing in advanced, results-driven anti-aging treatments and known for our European Buccal, Myofascial, and Sculptural Facial Massage techniques. We work exclusively with 100% natural professional skincare and combine advanced esthetics with specialized hands-on techniques to create highly personalized treatments and an exceptional client experience. We're looking for an experienced esthetician who is skilled, reliable, detail-oriented, warm with clients, and takes genuine pride in their craft and the quality of care they provide. Responsibilities Perform customized facials, dermaplaning, waxing, and other esthetic services according to studio protocols Conduct client consultations and skin analysis, and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products Provide a warm, personalized, and consistently high-quality client experience from start to finish Manage client checkout and rebooking Prepare and turn over treatment rooms, including sanitation, laundry, restocking, and cleaning Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs Follow all sanitation, safety, licensing, and studio standards Learn and consistently follow East Bay Esthetics treatment protocols and service standards Other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Active California Esthetician license 5+ years of professional esthetics experience Strong skills in facials, dermaplaning, and waxing Excellent client communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, organized, and accountable Comfortable working independently and managing the complete client experience, from room preparation and consultation through checkout and turnover Experience with Eminence Organic Skin Care is a plus Schedule Initial availability is needed on Sunday , Monday , and Thursday , with the opportunity to expand to 5-6 days per week beginning in December as clientele grows.
