We are looking for a polished, service-driven skincare professional with strong hands-on experience, excellent client communication skills, and a passion for advanced skin health. This role is ideal for an experienced esthetician who enjoys delivering elevated treatments, educating clients, supporting skincare plans, and helping create a premium client experience.

Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:

Performing customized facial treatments Providing skincare consultations Performing HydraFacial and/or DiamondGlow treatments Performing dermaplaning and other esthetic treatments within licensed scope Recommending skincare products and home-care routines Supporting memberships, treatment plans, and client retention Educating clients on skin health and service options Maintaining clean, organized, treatment-ready rooms Supporting the front desk and client experience when needed Creating a warm, polished, and professional experience for every client Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is: An experienced licensed esthetician Professional, polished, and client-focused Confident discussing skincare and treatment plans Passionate about results-driven facials and skin health Comfortable recommending retail skincare products Detail-oriented and reliable Positive, team-oriented, and service-minded Interested in growing with a premium aesthetics brand Experience Preferred Experience in any of the following is preferred: HydraFacial DiamondGlow Dermaplaning Advanced facials Medical-grade skincare Retail skincare sales Membership programs Client retention Luxury spa or med spa environments Requirements Active California esthetician license Prior esthetician experience required Strong client communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work in person at Montecito and/or Santa Ynez locations Must work within licensed scope of practice Compensation Compensation will be based on experience, schedule, and responsibilities.

Pay:
