Responsibilities Administer botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and safety, following established protocols. Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures including chemical peels, dermabrasion, laser treatments, and Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and provide professional recommendations tailored to their needs. Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and additional services to enhance their results. Support retail sales by demonstrating products, upselling treatments, and promoting skincare lines during client visits. Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry with knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, dermal fillers, Botox injections, and chemical peels. Strong management skills to coordinate appointments, client flow, and treatment schedules seamlessly. Excellent communication skills to effectively explain procedures and build rapport with diverse clients. Familiarity with salon or clinic management software like Millennium or

for scheduling and record keeping. Skilled in social media management to promote services and engage with the community online. Knowledge of sanitation practices, including proper sterilization techniques for injection administration and other aesthetic treatments. Ability to perform additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, hair styling, nail care, makeup application, hair extensions, tattooing, barbering, and hair threading is a plus.
