Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microneeling and eyebrow and lash treatments with precision and professionalism Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options through personalized consultations Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Assist with client communication by understanding their needs, answering questions, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout their visit Promote retail sales by recommending appropriate products based on individual skin types and concerns Support team efforts by participating in promotional events, marketing communications and ongoing training sessions to stay current on the latest aesthetic treatments Skills Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to connect effectively with clients via phone, text, and in person Ability to perform aesthetic treatments safely while adhering to sanitation protocols Knowledge of cosmetology practices along with the ability to perform skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments Demonstrated teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward client satisfaction and professional growth Basic computer skills, organization, cleanliness and timeliness a must Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise transforms lives through beauty!
