We are seeking a part-time MD, APRN, or PA who has enough current clientele to accept a commission-only pay position with our close team. Available hours are Tuesdays and Fridays between 10am to 6pm. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and present each with a written recommended treatment strategy. Provide expert-level esthetic injectable treatments including multiple neuromodulators, fillers and biostimulants. Provide absorbable thread treatments (training provided, if needed) Perform laser hair, vein, tattoo, and resurfacing procedures (training provided, if needed) Educate patients on treatment options and post-care instructions. Answer patient questions and concerns promptly. Maintain accurate patient records. Ensure compliance with all health regulations and standards. Pursue continuing education to maintain and improve skills.

Requirements:

Active FL license Your own malpractice insurance with Skinspirations listed as additional insured A minimum of 1 month of daily experience administering neuromodulator and filler treatments or advanced certifications in both A thorough understanding of volume restoration principles and esthetic techniques for aging patients Demonstrated results in client acquisition Exemplary customer service skills Experience with wound care principals

Preferred Skills:

Bioidentical hormone optimization including pellet treatments (and have not signed a non-compete document with Biote). Experience with any of the following: laser hair, vein, and/or tattoo removal, laser skin resurfacing, scar subcision, absorbable threads, peptide treatments, and/or anti-aging and wellness treatments. Providing CoolSculpting treatments

Pay and Benefits:

Pay is 100% commission-based on a tier level, up to 30% for self-referred clients Discounts on services after thirty days of employment Free training and certification, in laser hair and vein removal, laser skin resurfacing, IPL, and advanced injectable treatments (total value $7,000) after 90 days of employment. Up to 1 certification course will be provided per month after the first 90 days.
