•Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to our clients while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of services that enhance the appearance and well-being of our clients. Duties Perform skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning and microdermabrasion. Manage client appointments and maintain accurate records using spa software. Upsell products and services to clients based on their individual needs. Foster a hospitable atmosphere by greeting clients warmly and addressing their concerns. Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare, makeup, and beauty treatments. Skills Experience with dermaplaning and microdermabrasion techniques. Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming environment for clients. Competent in using spa software for scheduling and record keeping. Strong sales abilities to promote products and services effectively. Ability to upsell services while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.
