Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and body waxing to meet individual client needs Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols and standards Provide spa services such as waxing, makeup application, and other aesthetic treatments with precision and care Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their results and satisfaction Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all treatments to ensure client safety and comfort Communicate clearly with clients to understand their goals, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations Support retail sales efforts by promoting skincare products aligned with client needs and preferences Qualifications Proven experience in skincare, spa services, or esthetic treatments with a strong portfolio of facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or laser procedures Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetics as required by local regulations Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards in aesthetic environments Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and build lasting relationships Ability to perform waxing services including body waxing with attention to detail Strong sales skills to promote skincare products confidently while maintaining a client-focused approach Passion for the latest trends in aesthetics and a desire for continuous learning in the field Join us as an Aesthetician where your expertise will inspire confidence and beauty in every client you serve.
