Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Spa Esthetician to provide exceptional skincare services and outstanding guest experiences in our hotel spa. The ideal candidate is professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping guests look and feel their best. Key Responsibilities Provide professional esthetic services, including facials, waxing, and skincare treatments in accordance with state licensure. Consult with guests to assess skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments and home care products. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining company and brand standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment room and equipment. Ensure accurate guest records and treatment notes when appropriate. Promote spa services and recommend retail products to enhance the guest experience. Follow all hotel, spa, franchise, and Shaner policies and procedures. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Current state Esthetician license required. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous spa or customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of professional skincare treatments and products. Strong communication, consultation, and retail sales skills. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
