In this energized role, you'll deliver a wide range of professional skincare services, including facials, body waxing, and advanced laser treatments. Your expertise will enhance clients' confidence while fostering a welcoming, results-driven environment. Responsibilities Perform customized skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and other aesthetic procedures with precision and care Conduct laser treatments for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic laser services following safety protocols Provide body waxing services including facial waxing and full-body waxing to meet client needs Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to support their beauty goals Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment options, and ensure a positive experience Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and makeup applications to enhance results and client satisfaction Skills Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermabrasion Certification as a Licensed Esthetician with expertise in esthetic laser treatments Strong knowledge of spa services, waxing techniques, and body waxing procedures Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse clients confidently and professionally Demonstrated ability to uphold sanitation standards and maintain a clean treatment area Ability to educate clients on skincare routines and promote retail sales effectively Passion for aesthetic treatments combined with a friendly, energetic approach that motivates clients toward their beauty goals
