Position Overview The Aesthetician is a licensed skincare professional responsible for delivering customized, results-focused treatments while creating the elevated guest experience VIO is known for. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about skin health, building lasting guest relationships, and creating personalized treatment plans that support both immediate results and long-term skincare goals. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced skincare treatments including HydraFacial, Glo2Facial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, and other services within scope of practice Conduct thorough skin assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Educate guests on skincare, treatment recommendations, aftercare, and medical-grade homecare Recommend products and services that support each guest's goals and treatment plan Maintain accurate treatment documentation and guest records Follow all sanitation, infection-control, and safety standards Stay current on skincare innovations, ingredients, technologies, and aesthetic trends Build strong guest relationships that support retention, rebooking, and membership growth Collaborate with our medical providers to create a seamless, comprehensive guest experience Participate in continued education, team training, and VIO events Qualifications Current Georgia Esthetician license 1+ year of hands-on aesthetic experience preferred Med spa experience strongly preferred Experience with medical-grade skincare such as Alastin, SkinCeuticals, or comparable professional lines Confident conducting consultations and making personalized treatment and product recommendations Warm, polished, and relationship-focused communication style Strong attention to detail and commitment to an exceptional guest experience Regular Saturday availability is required Why VIO?
