Job Description
Licensed Esthetician — One Saturday Per Month Newburyport Medical Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, licensed esthetician to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is for one Saturday per month, with the potential for additional coverage as needed. Responsibilities Perform customized facials, Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and waxing services Assess clients' skin and create personalized treatment plans Recommend and sell appropriate skincare products and services Educate clients on professional treatments and at-home skincare routines Rebook clients and help build long-term treatment plans Maintain accurate client documentation Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms according to safety standards Provide a welcoming, professional, and high-quality client experience Collaborate with our medical aesthetics team Qualifications Current Massachusetts esthetician license Prior professional esthetics experience is required Professional facial and body waxing experience is required Retail and service sales experience is required Proven ability to recommend products, sell treatments, and rebook clients Experience with Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and customized facials preferred Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols Excellent communication and customer-service skills Professional, dependable, motivated, and comfortable working independently Must be available to work one Saturday per month Position Details Part-time/per diem One Saturday per month
