Overview Licensed Esthetician + Wellness Membership Advisor Elements Massage - Newburyport, MA Full-Time Dual Role | 2 Esthetician Days + 2-3 Front Desk Days Elements Massage Newburyport is looking for a Licensed Esthetician interested in a unique dual role combining hands-on skincare with client experience and front desk responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for an esthetician looking to build their skincare clientele while maintaining consistent hours and income as part of a supportive, growing wellness studio. The Role Esthetician | Approx. 2 days/week Provide customized, results-driven facial services Educate clients on skincare and home-care routines Build long-term client relationships Recommend appropriate Sanitas products and services Wellness Membership Advisor | Approx. 2-3 days/week Create a warm, exceptional client experience Manage scheduling, check-ins, checkout, and client communication Educate clients on massage, skincare, and wellness services Introduce clients to the Elements Wellness Program Work closely with providers and leadership to support studio goals

Compensation Esthetician:

$20/hour base + gratuity + retail comission

Front Desk:
