This role involves providing high-quality patient care, performing aesthetic procedures, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Duties Perform aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other skincare treatments Conduct skin consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans Educate clients on skincare routines and products Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment area Collaborate with Lush Health on promotions, content, and service offerings Deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with Lush Health's luxury brand Skills The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following skills: Active Esthetician License in Michigan (required) Self-motivated with an interest in growing a client base Strong passion for skincare, beauty, and client wellness Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations Commitment to learning and growing in the aesthetics field Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
