Promote retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician or certification in cosmetology or related fields. Proven experience performing esthetic treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate and build rapport with diverse clientele. Ability to stay current with industry trends Demonstrated sales skills for retail product promotion while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
