Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and brow laminations while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their individual needs Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, answer questions, and provide professional guidance on aesthetic treatments. Promote retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician or certification in cosmetology or related fields. Proven experience performing esthetic treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate and build rapport with diverse clientele. Ability to stay current with industry trends Demonstrated sales skills for retail product promotion while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
