Job Summary A growing medical aesthetics practice in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Advanced Aesthetician to provide advanced aesthetic treatments and high-quality client care. This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate has meaningful hands-on experience in medical aesthetics, particularly with laser-based treatments, and is comfortable independently consulting with clients, developing treatment plans, and making confident treatment and skincare recommendations. This role is best suited for a proactive, commercially minded aesthetician who enjoys consultation, treatment planning, and sales. Candidates who prefer to simply perform the service booked without actively recommending additional appropriate care are unlikely to be successful in this position. Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments safely, consistently, and in accordance with scope of practice and established protocols
• Own consultations and treatment planning by identifying broader client goals, uncovering treatment opportunities, and making comprehensive, clinically appropriate recommendations
• Drive consultative sales across treatments, treatment series, maintenance plans, and professional skincare; this role requires confidently expanding the treatment conversation beyond the service initially requested
• Take ownership of production, client retention, rebooking, and future treatment planning, with accountability for measurable sales and performance expectations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and consistently meet established standards for professionalism, service, execution, and follow-through Qualifications
• At least two years of hands-on Advanced Aesthetician experience in a medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or comparable clinical aesthetics setting
• Recent graduates and entry-level candidates will not be considered
• Active Nevada Advanced Aesthetician license in good standing
• Significant experience with laser-based aesthetic treatments required
• Experience with microneedling, peels, advanced facial treatments, and professional skincare required
• Strong consultative sales skills, communication, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Spanish preferred, but not required

Schedule :

Monday-Thursday, roughly 30 hours per week

Compensation :

$23-$27 per hour DOE plus performance-based bonus and commissions
